That's a good question. You could get it inspected at a country shop like I do. My guy said, "If you get pulled, I'm gonna say that ABS light was off in the dash when you left outta here."

Yes but it won't be until tomorrow. The inside is bare fiberglass. No head liners or rug or anything. There's a dime size hole in the screen on the drivers side slider. The paint on the handles is faded but that's it. Guess I didn't mention before but I have all 4 "T-bolts" to secure it via track system.

I'll post some more pictures tomorrow. Thanks.

I guess a better question is this...is amber the same as yellow? I was looking into some Baja designs ones and they were saying that their squadron sport amber fogs were designed for daily use. I need to ask if they ever heard of people failing inspections. On a side note, where do people wheel around the Hampton roads if not at the beach?

amber is a stupid name for a color. Did they ever put an amber crayon in the basic crayola box?.........No.

When I started doing access control, the paperwork for the door readers would say a invalid card read will display an amber light. I said to myself, "what the hell is amber?" One swipe later I found they fancied up the word for the color orange.

The Squadron Sport is definitely the most "Street Friendly" but not street legal. You will have to check with local laws and restrictions when running our lights on the street. We have heard of people passing and failing at inspections. A lot of times it comes down the person inspecting and the facility. Hope this helps!

Going to check this out with the ol lady tomorrow

Corolla - 4x4 vehicles can access the beach at the Northern end of NC 12 where the paved road ends. 4x4 access North of this point is permitted year round. 4x4 access South of this point is permitted between October 1 and April 30. Driving at night is allowed. Overnight parking is allowed if the occupant is actively fishing. ATV's allowed for residents with permit.

Tried to quote that from BernieBikes Post with the plethora of helpful OBX info.

Practiced carfulley in the yard with my new high lift jack tonight. I'm sort of accident prone so I could use the experience. In a way I kind of want to get stuck so I can use it.

Its a fun place. We used to rent a house (there and up in Carova)for summer vacations. Take the kids down to the beach, drive on sand, swim, fish. You can drive all the way up to the Virginia state line. Stop by the Carova Beach fire station and get a T shirt.
When you get behind the dunes on the sand "roads" watch the water puddles. Some of those are headlight deep

Oh.....and take bug spray. If you go behind the dune line the mosquitoes and biting
    flies are voracious
