In a sense sure but really it's just a couple cents, then again I went from 89 to 93 not 87. Not something I'm gonna lose sleep over otherwise I would've never considered F/I. And like I said I don't have to be in boost all the time, just whenever I need to/want to.

How many miles do you have on the engine?

194,300. Need to get my a/c fan clutch replaced and possibly the radiator...but now that summers almost up I think I've mangaged with my sub par a/c.

You aren't concerned of boosting with that many miles? I'd be scared of busting seals

Nah not really, there's a guy here with over 500,000 miles and has always been boosted, kinda my inspiration to keep going. That and the 7th injector is my peace of mind and the engine block and manifolds looked really good.

Yeah he's rebuilt the s/c maybe 2, 3 times. Don't remember his handle but I'm pretty sure he has a white regular cab.

I don't have a boost gauge so I'm not sure but I'd say about 8.

Yup, the trd snout bearing last about 100-150,000 miles so is easier to just rebuild the whole unit
    150,000 or so

Yeah now that I've done it I'll be pretty confident when I rebuild it again. How many miles are you currently at? Any notable issues?
