Ok just installed the bed lights. Took about 3hrs but I took my time running the wire to the engine compartment. the install is very easy hardest part is running the wire.
I got the remote works great. And the button works great. Matt shipped these right out and I had them in a couple of days. If you want bed lights this is the way to go.

The install time varies depending on how OCD the installer is / skill level...... 45 min - 3 hours.

Hey Matt, can you send me the install instructions too? I think I might get started at least running the power while the kit makes the way through shipping

I did take off the compartment in the bed it made the install much easier. just hooked up the wires drilled for the on off button and passed all the wires down thru the opening then put the compartment back. ran the wires up the driver side and used an electrical snake once I got to the gas tank then right up to the engine

Yes it has been done and I can provide Toyota's instructions but do not recommend this for the electrical newbie. It will require the use of a rely.

Do you have an installation video? Im not good at all with electrical stuff and would like to see if I could even attempt this before purchasing. Or at least show some buddies to see if they could help me.

you wont have any problem his directions are great. The hardest part is running the wire from the back to the front. very easy install.

Did anyone else do the option where you wanted extra wiring for an in-cab switch? I did, but it looks like the switch I ordered will work as it is a 3ampcswitch and The instructions say 5amp switch is needed. I could probably just get a relay I would think? Anyone else do this?
