Here you go. I did trim the stupid front lip because I hate it. I don't like how the frame is exposed up front with it removed but really still not happy with it so I think i'm going to trim it more. Leave it just low enough to cover the frame.

@2016 Tacoma SR that looks good man I'm looking into something like this. If you don't mind me asking what brand kit did you go with? Looking at the Low Range Off Road 3/1 or the Rough Country 3 in w/their rear shocks

I didn't use a kit, just bought the spacers online from 2 different sellers. I went with steel all the way around rather than aluminum.

Not sure if these are the sellers I bought from but here's what I used.

While we all know spacers are not the best lift if you plan to wheel, this seems pretty decent for the money.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-2016-T...ash=item41a13a5819:g:HSUAAOSwxN5WZPwI&vxp=mtr

I don't even plan to wheel my truck so I really didn't feel the need to spend big money. With that said, I will eventually be replacing all 4 shocks with FOX, upgrading the upper control arms, not sure about springs yet. Not because I feel I need something stronger, just because I wouldn't mind something more comfortable.

They make noise, I'm not going to act like they are quiet. But it's not unbearable. With the radio on a low level you forget the tires are even making noise.

I'm actually surprised how noisy my General Grabber AT2 tires are especially for being an AT. I've run everything from an AT to a Bogger on my daily drivers. The noise doesn't bother me but I did expect them to be quieter than they are.

The factory Firestone tires were silent lol they look so tiny though, couldn't take it. 889 miles is all I could stand it for, then the lift went in. Truth be told, I ordered the lift the day I ordered the truck. Sat on the shelf while I was waiting for the truck to be delivered.

That looks slick. I'm going to do the same I believe. Do you have any rake at all now? Maybe a half inch or so? Also did you do it all with just floor jacks?

Still has a slight rake which is what I wanted but not much. Yep did it in the parking lot of my complex using hand tools and a torque wrench. Every bolt torqued to factory spec as it should be. You'll also need 2 jack stands also. Put the stands under the frame and use the jack to move the axle around as needed to raise and lower it, same for removing and installing the front coil overs.

Awesome. I'd like 1/2" - 1" rake to remain as well. Definitely going to do this soon. I also agree with you on the air dam. I took it off and think it looks like shit without it, but with it I think it's too long. Will trim it as well soon.

I swear if I could find Barcelona red rear bumper caps I'd be happy as a a kid on Christmas. I like the chrome accents that my badges give it on the red, but I severely dislike my chrome bumper.

I'm not a chrome fan at all. I'm completely debadged, also stripped the chrome off the grill emblem and painted it body color.

One last question, did you have to get an 4 wheel alignment after installation?

Yes, always have an alignment done after messing with your suspension.

In the future I plan to replace my front spacers with something else. Mostly for a better and more stabile ride. I'll never do any kind of off roading or anything. What are you guys running to give you 3" up front? I know I'll be looking for upper control arms, mostly interested in hearing what you're running for coils and shocks.

I say the simplest and non-expensive way to lift is 5100s adjustable up front w/EMU 887 springs and rear 5100 w/leaf package...that might be the way I go later on since I don't off road or anything like that. I hear the ride is soooo much better that stock with the 5100. Just waiting for them to release for the 2016 tacos.
