Ask some guys on here about pulling a core/groin muscle a little while back. Been months and its got worse not better. Went to the doctor and she didnt like the sounds of it and I have to go get some tests because I might be wrong and its not a muscle. Sketched me out a bit, but hopefully if someone else has pain like I did they be smart and get it checked out right away and not try to play doctor like I did........cant WAIT to lift again

Changed my mind on the pizza and went with grilled salmon and badass breadsticks. Although I haven't ate much all day I worked out first, showered, and then ate.

Sorry to hear that and my prayers are with you man, hope it's nothing serious. My brother in law had something similar and you were smart to have it checked out. Hope you are back to normal and lifting soon too. :fingerscrossed: :curls: :benchpress: :militarypress:

lower b today and then back to a body part split next week.

Reeeeeeally gonna try to start waking up early and doing cardio a few times a week next week. Our new house backs up to a badass little airfield with a runway and a bunch of hangars, so I think it'd be cool to run a mile in the morning on my non-lifting days before work. I'd probably alternate between a steady jog on some days and some interval stuff on other days so I can get the best of both worlds with HIIT and LISS

Do u even rest day, brah?

I only go 4 days per week. Dem gainz come when you rest.

See everyone, he was invited and bitched out. See ya Saturday for sure though. I'll teach you how to drink beer and eat like shit and get that perfect dad bod.

    Yes

Nice man! @t4r4life, you might have some competition....if you're still alive. Where u been, brah?!

Grilled up 13 lbs of chicken and prepped 7 days worth of meals.

    24 oz of chicken
    3 cups of red potatoes
    3 cups of broccoli
5 hard boiled eggs (2 yolks)
    1 granola bar
    1 bag of sour skittles
    2 scoops of protein

    220 carbs, 47 fat, 222 protein.

Working to establish a baseline for myself so I can figure out how much I need to eat to bulk, cut, and maintain.

Gonna start prepping again too, but how do you do 7 days worth? After 3-4 days in the fridge they start to taste different to me. I'll usually prep 2x a week, 3 days worth each and then I'll eat whatever Sunday.

I can't do that, something about cooking shit a week in advance weirds me out. I cook my food every other day, but I'm in school so I'm at my apartment and can cook pretty much every meal other than 2 or 3 days a week.

@tacopaulo i figured you always prepped. I've been prepping 6 days for over a year now. After a while it just becomes routine.

I don't have time for cooking daily or every other day. To me it's a convenience as well as a self control thing.

The only thing I make daily is eggs and oats. Meats are cut, weighed, seasoned, cooked, ziplock, freezer.

For the past couple weeks I've been eating Chipotle or Chick-fil-A everyday. Just been too lazy. I'm back on it starting today.
