Just curious. I posted a video "bad lip reading" that happened to be from the DNC convention that was absolutely hilarious but it was deleted.

Was that seriously considered "too political?"

FWIW, I am one of the 14 Democrats in the state of Kansas and I still thought it was hilarious. But . . . you'll have to discover it on your own, I guess?

It is well worth while . . .

The only political posts allowed apparently have to do with Obama or Clinton. Lot's of those...

Nothing against you but I'm fine with that. I don't want to see any political crap. There's enough of that everywhere else. It's very difficult to get away from it.

    Obligatory WTF:

I assume you mean the Democrat National Convention. What does that have to do with anything? Is there some point your trying to make?

Edit - nevermind. This is why I'm glad they put the keibosh on political posts. Wish I just kept my pie hole closed and moved on...

If only posts referencing Obama and Hillary were OK on this forum then it would make sense that a post referencing the DNC would be OK, right? Like they poster you quoted?

While it's parody (and I agree pretty funny - the Bill Clinton hemp bracelet gag was good), it's technically still politics. I can see where some mods could let it slide and some couldn't.

I went through an easy two-track trail two weeks ago in my Impreza. Even with the extra inch of ground clearance from the larger tires, I was still very concerned with hitting a critical component like the oil pan or transmission pan.
Those AMC Eagles were reportedly worse than Jeeps for reliability. I think Jeep reliability improved under Chrysler management. That's saying a lot!
