    Th code of conduct specifies reckless driving, street racing and excessive speeding. To interpret that to limit discussion of legal racing on a track is ridiculous.

    If its already been taken down, than i missed something, but I don't see anything about modifications for legitimate track racing in there? Seriously not trying to start anything but ive been the one bringing up possibly controversial things before. I just like a fair chance to explain stances. If its illegal, yea sure delete it. If not, why not add that topic to the immese database of knowledge thats already been compiled here?

    This is where moderator discretion comes in. Speed limiter/Govenor removal usually infers illegal activity and if we can't verify we take it at face value and shut down the thread.
