Got them installed with the help of @Texoma.

For those doing this in the future my only tip is to superglue the nuts to the square washers that go inside the cross member. Made installation a lot easier than trying to fiddle around and hold the bolt over the washer, not to mention my hands were not where near small enough to fit inside there.

I'm not understanding you on this one. We supply a long handled washer with a bolt welded to it that you stick through the chassis so you're not doing what you just said. Mind sending me a pic of what you did, I think you might have made an install mistake.

For a DCSB with Kick Out, approx 150lbs. Add about 15lbs for fill plates.

Not to derail the thread, but I'm in the same boat. Going on a month now and the order was just now accepted and they said it would be another week before they get confirmation of an exact delivery range. No idea if my dealership just sucks or if this is par for the course. On the plus side that means I have ample time to save up for some sliders I guess.

That doesn't sound right. I could be wrong but it sounds like the dealer is slow.

The nut and bolt that go in to the trans cross member. Made it easier to super glue the nut to the washer plate and scoot it around inside the cross member to get the bolt started.

I think it might be because of making the deal before the pricing was released for the 2017 so I'm below invoice. I think they might be delaying my order so they can get some higher trim models in to make more money in the mean time, but I don't work in the auto industry so I have no idea if that is how allotment and allocation really works.

I just know they just got about 12 Tacomas in but mine was not one of them. But I called the next 5 closest dealers in the area and they would not even come close to this deal so I'm stuck having to wait. Hopefully it comes before too long but in the mean time I can save up for the mods haha.

Well, I finally got my sliders all prepped and painted with the VHT epoxy. Three of us tried for a few hours this weekend and only 3 bolts installed on the drivers side. We made it to the boxed/clamp and couldn't figure out how to make it work. Didn't seem to want to line up correctly. The whole slider seemed to sit about 1/4" off the chassis also. Was very difficult. Also, the first bolt you install to hold up the slider was crooked on my truck, so it took two of us to wrench on it to get it to tighten down all the way.......we ended up giving up. Will hopefully try again in the new few weeks when I get time again.

Ran in to the problem with the box not lining up. Just swapped passenger side for driver side and all lined up perfectly.

I tried this, but even trying both, there was plastic clip attached to the wire loom on top of the frame that I wasn't able to release, and it was partially blocking the holes from lining up as well. Something wasn't right, I just can't figure out what.
