so I need everyone's help with this cover. when I bought it was to be out of the box. I tried to get it to fit and it wouldn't fit up at the bulkhead. The front seal was an inch too long. I Called and was told to cut it as the extra is for the 6 foot bed and the 5 needed trimming. So I did that and am still having huge gaps in the front. I have been on the phone with them today and they are sending out a new seal- but as you will see that is not where the gaps are and it is going to be a pain to remove the seal and glue and replace with a new one. I should not be doing all this crap for a new product.

The side rail seals are taller than the corner squares so they are not fitting flush with the front bed corners.

Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it. I am very technical and I should not be having such issues with a cover.

Pict 1: cover and bed line on the side rail
Pict 2: Gap between the bed rail and the cover passenger front corner
Pict 3: Gap from inside to drivers front corner
    Pict 4: General back photo
    Any help would be great-

Photos not showing. At least on my phone.

I have an Extang Trifecta, but bought it from a local dealer and they did the inital fitting for me.

Are you dpeaking w/the company or a middleman you bought it through? If a middleman, call the company. Its a warranty issue and they may refer you to a local dealer for correction

I have been in touch with both. All they both are saying is you need to replace the seal.

Do you happen to have picts of yours?
