How much trimming did you have to do?

Should we turn this into the new 35's on a 4x4 tacoma w 3inch lift thread?

I cut a decent amount, took out all the plastic, mashed the pinch weld and a bit of the firewall, CMC, and I still rub full lock and full stuff. Rears haven't been trimmed except for removing flares, but they rub on full stuff as well. Im just letting it self clear...

Would you say all the extra work/trimming is worth it over just a 33?

if you offroad multiple times a month, do it. If I didn't use the truck how I use it, I'd be hesitant about not being able to have my front bumper, worse gas mileage, wobblyish steering, no sway bar, more expensive tires, little bit of road noise, etc..

Well yea I cut 3" off the fender after I took the flare off, but I knew I'd have to do that and I don't think there's any way I'm gonna rub in the back. Originally I had 1.25" spacers, but rubbed the cmc still...so those are removed and all is better now, still have a little more cmc to do

    enough to have fun
It will fit, however your front end will sag a bit. You will notice the weight when breaking.

Here is my tacoma at stock height with the eBay bumper

True. It takes more work to fit. Good catch I didn't see that!

Fuck this thread and it's 240 pages, 4791 comments I just reads and 4 hours I won't get back... I actually thought there was some crazy plot twist going to happen or something be exposed. Just bullshit posts from the OP who owns the company making the knockoff bumpers

And to actually think someone might end up with a box full of a dead hooker or a pile of rocks....
