Ordered last night, delivered today. Gotta love Amazon prime. Quality looks good, they feel solid and have a good weight to them. I'll post pictures once installed.

Hey all, I have seen a lot of good information but I do have a question (need opinions/past experience):
I would like to upgrade wheels/tires and suspension; however, my plan is to do wheels/tires and some other things now and then add the suspension last (once I get some weight on the truck - bed bars, RTT, sliders, etc).
My question is, if I put on 265/75/16 now and then later get a 2" lift (in 6 months), will the truck look bad? Has anyone done this? Im worried the lift will create dead space that I could fill with a larger tire, like 285/75/16.
    Thoughts? Opinions?

    Much appreciated!

I'd wait on tires until you're lifted. 265 fits stock so with a lift you'll have a lot of exposed wheel well area.

Did you have to trim for your 285's? Any rubbing?

Mine has 1.75 in the front and 2 in the back with stock tires. I think it looks fine. But I'm still gonna upgrade as soon as these wear out!wheels side shot.jpg

I went up 3" in the front. Stock 16x7 wheels with a 1.25" SpiderTrax spacer. No rubbing at all, no trimming required.

Im running Icon suspension with about 2.75" of lift and still on the stock 265 70r16 tires. I haven't pulled the trigger on bigger tires yet since I pull a travel trailer and am afraid it will be too much for the V6.
I think it looks OK untill I park next to my co-workers 2015 on 285 70 17. I don't really notice how little the tires look until it's next to his. Im thinking some pizza cutter 255 85 r16 dick cepeks are in my near future as a compromise (because I'm getting a little tire complex lol) but will go back to stock rubber if it's too much.

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
I think you would be fine. Usually you would do a lift first then tires, but a 2" shouldn't be to bad. I have a friend with 265/75/16 and a slight lift (not sure how big) and it looks fine. That being said bigger is better and if you can hold off on tires until the lift and do some trimming then shove a 33" in there. Of coarse if you do that then you would want to bump your gears up..... And of you do that then you might as well put a front locker in..... Damn that snowball effect.

Adding a rubber sleeve to my fob. It isn't for our trucks hence the trunk button cover but for $1.65 I'll be just fine.

Helps my keys not slip around when I lay them down on angled places.

I'm running a 285 with stock 3.90 gears. It's not terrible but I'd love to go 4.56 at some point.

Take the top cover off, under it you will see a mesh type filter that is plastic welded. You could use a screwdriver or something just to pry it off. Should be super easy once you start

Fiancé is out of town this weekend. Means I'm aloud to spend too much time in the garage. 2-Step Detail. Holy mother of god, if you're a professional detailer I don't know how you do this everyday.

Cbi is sending me a passenger side rock slider so looks like I got an extra driver side slider free of coast., good customer service so I must take back what I said in my previous post. Hopefully they got it right with this one. But one thing to note, who ever there getting there powder coating done by the coverage is good but it's an extremely light coat. So never again with that. I littarly can scratch it off with my finger nail it's so thin. Overall happy with them and the service I have received
