New N. Texas member

Howdy,
New member from Northeast Texas. I am a first time Toyota buyer and I ended up getting a 2017 4X4 SR5 Tacoma with the tow package. I drove a Z71 Silverado with 3" lift for about 10 years, and I am really liking the feel of this Tacoma. I've only had it a few days, so no off-roading yet. (Work keeps getting in the way) but, she will be a bit of a pavement princess anyways. I really will only be off-road during hunting season and vacations.







The only mod I already know I will be doing is the Redline hood lift kit. I just couldn't believe Toyota didn't have springs or gas springs for that!

Welcome to TW. N Texas here also over near Plano. i'm going to be looking into the hood mod you mentioned. I hadnt thought about it and only opened the hood once so far but now i'm thinking i "need" it.

 

I have redline struts and they are awesome! Every car should have them IMO.
