Quick solo mission into holy Jim. Quickly realized, no matter now easy the road is, going alone is unsettling.

The deavers are solid, I'd like to get a new pack eventually, doing research, I need a tiny bit more lift in the back. But they don't squeak ever, they're still pretty stiff too for being several years old too.
I haven't had the chance to really load the truck bed down with wood or metal...But it's been full of camping supplies and been through a house move, & still felt great while driving

Nice! Look forward to seeing it installed.

Dude, the soft topper is the easiest thing to install ever. Definitely may need 2people just to keep it from flopping off the bed but it only has 2 bars that run the length of the bed, and 4 metal C clamps that attach to the bed. image.jpg

And the pivot point of the "skeleton" of it just uses a cotter pin to lock it in as well as hooks that attach straps to each end of the bed. image.jpg
Super easy. And it folds up when you don't need it
    image.jpg
Boom. Buy one. They also stay pretty warm in cold weather. Better than sleeping on the ground. But then again I have a thick ass foam mattress I put in there :D
