Do some searching with VSC and ABS post lift. I think I read somewhere that you can have it recalibrated and it'll all go away.

Congrats! I recommend OME 885s. You can get them for $167 on Amazon.

Rotational difference is throwing of the computer diff? I know all of those systems are interlinked somehow. Wish I knew more, but maybe a friendly tech at Toyo can help.

The same shit everyone else has.

    Read this -

    http://www.toyota120.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17490

I had the same issue once I got an alignment. Chased the issue for weeks. Would only happen at low speed (20-40) making a right hand turn. Ended up the tire tread was rubbing the mudflap causing VCS to engaged for a second or 2. Super scary. I trimmed the shit outta the mudflaps and its been fine since.

Do the recalibration first, then check for rub marks on things.

Question for all you peeps with UltraGauges that read the trans temp.

I finally hooked up my trailer today, to tow it back from letting a buddy borrow it. It was empty, nothing on it, so wondering what a "nromal" trans temp is while towing a trailer.

It's just a 5x10, single axle, nothing fancy.

    Thanks!

Yeah see, these are questions I wouldn't even know to ask or look up. I just can't imagine $80 bucks for one pair. And if I do the fronts, I'm assuming I need to put them on the rear as well.

I spoke to JBA about this and they said the tire size I want to run 255-85-16's will rub only when the wheel is turned all the way to the locked position on either side. They said it will only run=b the paint off of the JBA but if you don't want that to happen, get some 1/4inch spacers. My concern is, rubbing can lead to a puncture. Fricken money. Who invented it? I want a piece of her!

I transferred my ham radio dual band mobile radio from what was once my car (now my wife's) into my 2010 Taco, which I just bought last week. I will say it's basically installed but lots more work to do, dressing/rerouting some wires...mine has a separation kit so the head went on the dash under the AC/heat controls using 3M double lock...https://www.amazon.com/3M-Scotch-Pr...5660&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=3m+Dual+Lock&psc=1
We use this stuff by the mile at work.

The rest of the radio is hiding behind the driver's side passenger seat. I need to figure how and where to mount a speaker. I just threw the one I had hooked up to the radio on the back seat for now but eventually want to get it up front somewhere.

At this point I'm also running the coax for the antenna out through one of the back doors but need to find a place (rubber grommet somewhere) where I can get it outside without having to go through the door's gasket. I had considered punching a hole in the roof and installing a permanent NMO style mount but I realized that the antenna would interfere with my canoe when I have it on the rack.

Go with C load, they are in between P and E, plus they ride better.
