Waiting for my 5000 mile joke of a service at Big Two Toyota in Gilbert az and they have blocked TW from their wifi. We are now porn site status.

One of the worst dealers in the valley by my experience.

Right Toyota is a close #2.

Riverview sales was great. Earnhardts was not bad either if you work with their internet department. Service at Riverview has been improved and have heard good things about service at Earnhardts too. In fact one member here was driving all the way from Maricopa to Earnhardts just for his service because the other's on his side of the valley sucked.

I've never had any issues with Right Toyota... Camelback Toyota has also been good to me as well.

when i was a teen and had my first car, 1950 ford, the man across the street was a mechanic at a ford dealer. he helped me out from time to time with parts and stuff. he told me that people would bring there car in for service and get hooked into stuff that it really did not need. they would tell the customer it would take all day to make it seem like they were getting their $$ worth. he said when they finished the work they would leave the car parked outside with the hood up. he told me they called it "the sunshine treatment" i remember that to this day......

Was at right toyota when I watched a salesman back a new tacoma into a rav4 or highlander. Their sales Staff was a joke too. They knew nothing about the tacoma, but worse they tried to BS me on it. Then they were way off base with their pricing and negotiations approach. Finally they did not follow up on email discussions after they claimed they would. Perhaps their service is ok but they won't earn my business

I'm about due for my 5k check-up also on my 2016 TRD Off-Road DCSB 4x4. Other than the TSB on the ECU update for the transmission, are there any other things I can tell them to specifically check? I plan on telling them to make sure the AT fluid is correct and that the U-joints are greased as per the awesome advice I've seen you guys post on the boards concerning the 2016s. I know it's a long-shot, but I'll ask about an update for the stereo/nav unit reboots also. I just don't want to miss anything important because I plan on driving to Nebraska from North Carolina to visit my daughter shortly after having the 5k service done. Thanks in advance for any areas of concern I missed from reading the boards.
