...on a six speed MT 2016 4X4 with the V6?

I usually shift around 2500 RPM, but I'm wondering if you run the engine up to the red line in each gear, what 1-6 produce?

    Thanks!

Should be in the owners manual what the top speed for each gear is, the manual for my 2014 has it.

I did some math, not sure if its flawed or not, you guys can check but with 265/75 r16 tires and the v6 4x4 heres what i came up with, this is obviously not taking into account horsepower/torque etc. these are all if the engine is revved up to 6500rpm which is just above redline and its JUST the numbers

    1st gear- 42.04mph
    2nd gear- 72.42mph
    3rd gear- 101.59mph
    4th gear- 151.37mph
    5th gear- 219.37mph
    6th gear- 260.98mph

these seem pretty high so i might've did something wrong then again I've never shifted at 6500rpm lol, heres my math:

1st gear ratio is 3.6:1 diff ratio is 3.909:1 tire circumference is 96.1299 inches and theres 63360 inches per mile
    6500rpm/3.6(1st gear)/3.909(diff)= 461.89rpm to axle
    [(461.89rpm x 96.1299in)/63360] x 60= 42.04mph
rinse and repeat for other gears

I don't know enough physics to apply horsepower and torque to this stuff so someone else can try that lol

You can hit 60+ in second. That should tell you enough.

Exactly. Hit the highway and report back. Should at least be another interesting thread over here on 3rd Gen Comedy Channel.

LOL. Keep waiting. Should have a lot of time for these tanks. Some reporting 500K miles, another Gen 1 just today with a supercharger. Try that with a 3rd Gen in about 17 years..

I'm curious. There are lots of things I'm curious about that I wouldn't necessarily want to try.

Yeah those are all too high, could be because the stock v6 mt or tire is 265/70/16. 2nd gear takes you to about 65 mph before rev limiter

Yup. 4.3 gears and 265/70 tires. Good math, wrong inputs.
