Yeah I've got 2 or 3 that are pretty bad. Def wanna do the TC gussets. The main labor with them is dropping the LCA and grinding off the old ones. I'm down for a parking lot party whenever you are. If we do all the prep and get a mobile welder to come by, it shouldn't be that bad... I've got a local buddy I might be able to talk into the job. Or theres @Bentrodder who really likes OTPHJ   :fingerscrossed:

Well, I have access to a pretty good size industrial warehouse in Milpitas that is quiet on the weekends. Landlord specifically prohibits OTPHJ on the property though...

Instead of grinding them off, drilling out the factory weld points and then taking a chisel and BFH to them will pop them off. Then its just some flapping to get it ready for the new welds. Definitely a little easier.

A lot of crap and too much money spent
Wow, an OTPHJ party! I might have to join in on the fun.

Would this be worth the trouble if mine aren't bent yet? Preparing for the inevitable I guess.

I haven't sheared any off yet, but so far have totally flattened 5 or 6 of them. All fixed by bashing them straight and burning a bead in behind to keep them in place

Did you have to remove LCAs to do this? The welded ones holding okay? Who'd you get to weld them and does he want to do more? Answers! We need answers! :)

I bent back and welded Blakes @tacomgee and we didn't disassemble anything. Quick and easy!

@Basikbiker did my TC alignment tab install. Holds the Alignment way better now. I had bent almost all the tabs flat...
