When I last checked about a month ago, there weren’t any mirrors specific to 3rd gen. I bought a pair of Dometics, and I am pretty happy with them.

i was thinking something similar today actually. Anyone know if you can find those blind spot mirrors?
Kind of like the one on full size how the bottom is the aspherical mirror so you can see more? Or just a mirror where the outside portion is aspherical?

i did see something on this before

    Any link?

I bought a cheap pair from camping world locally and I think they will chafe the paint of my mirrors so I returned them.

Also Bigmw hows your tow? I'm nervous to say the least. Any pointers?

It's going to suck parting from them when I get my taco in January

I hate those little stick on things.
I really like the new f150's mirrors actually

In my case, that wouldn't be enough for towing the camper. I need something that reaches out wider, otherwise the trailer obstructs the view.

I use the same mirror, just mounted on the bottom of the mirror housing instead of the top.

Picture was taken for the tornado damage this past spring but the mirror snuck in there some how.......

Ya I'm thinking more just for regular driving not so much towing.

But it would be great if you could get mirrors like on a 3/4 ton that extend out when you need it.

Nice trailer! That's what we are looking at ( size and weight wise). Going to the Hershey PA trailer show this coming weekend. Those mirrors look ok but I bet they vibrate like crazy..

Make sure to clamp them down fairly hard, I almost lost one soon after install, I didn't clamp it hard enough. My wife's quick reflexes saved it. But after clamping down harder, we didn't have any more issues.

Didn't notice any damage yet. But I could see someone bumping into the towing mirror while walking by, and torquing on the factory mirror and possibly cracking it.

Do not get the Reese Cequent strap ons- the straps disintegrate in a couple of weeks = lost mirror = big problems
