Can I install a Tonneau cover if I have the rails with adjustable cleats in my bed?

    2016 5' bed Tacoma.

Question is can I install an after market tri-fold tonneau cover with these in place? Also I am not really liking the idea of having to cut notches in the factory installed bed liner so that would be something that would definitely deter me from installing one.

I don't really need the cover for any functional purposes but I just like the way they make the truck look so if it is too much of a hassle and I have to relocate or cut stuff I can do without one.
Thanks in advance for your time!
