    The previous vendor was not able to do this one again because he has none in stock and does not have an ETA.

    It's a shorter, usually wider strap to prevent damage to a tree or other object you choose to use as an anchor point for winching. Wrapping a chain around a tree will hurt the tree. Wrapping your cable around a tree will hurt your cable and the tree. It's a "Tread Lightly" kinda a thing.
