    Yes. Epoxy the ring in and then put epoxy inside the ring and push the switch in. Just remember, a dab will do ya!

    I am on hold. I like the black better but the GF likes the contrast. Not sure the avenue I am taking right now. A black switch will look funny on a silver panel. Sorry David.

    You can put a 4x4 switch in without removing the panel but to remove a 4x4 switch you need to remove the panel. It clips in from the back.

    It's not too bad just time consuming. I put a small write up in this thread to remove the gauge cluster surround. Once you do that you take out the AC control panel and then the radio and that's it. It sounds like a lot but it only takes about an hour or so.
