Weight question

    Most canopies are rated below 200lbs capacity for on top storage. So can someone explain to me how people are running a tent setup (like CVT) with roof racks and sleeping in it. I haven't seen any external frames that go from the roof rack to the bed. They've all been mounted to roof rack which are themselves mounted to the canopy. Thanks

    At a stand still, most caps can hold ~700 lbs. Moving they can only handle that couple hundred pounds. That's where the rating comes from.
