    question

    I have a 2014 DCSB Tacoma Sport 4X4

I just upgrade from the stock tires to 265/70/17 (Toyo OC ATII) and contrary to popular belief they rub. So i believe i have convinced myself to lift the front of the truck to level it out. I am considering 6112 set at the second level (1.08) with the 1/4 spacer on the left. With nothing done in the rear.

    So will i need UCA's?
Will i need sway bar relocation bracket? Or spacers for the skid plate?

I'm concerned that the third setting 1.59 will end up being closer to two inches and the truck will be a bit nose high i'm currently about 1.5" lower in the front.

    thoughts?

    Thank you!!

You won't need any of that.

Nope. Pros are 1.75" higher in the front with stock UCAs, swaybar links and skids.

    Good morning Lincoln45:

Sorry it took me awhile to get back to you. We close at noon on Fridays and usually don't come back in until Monday at 9am and Mondays are always really hectic.

From the feedback I have received quite a few of my customers see around 1/4"-1/2" more lift from the 6112's then what Bilsteins indicates on their spec sheet.

As far as the other components you mentioned they should not be needed.

The rule of thumb on the uca’s is the closer you get over the 2.5” lift mark toward 3” of lift the more necessary they become in order to get your truck back into alignment. So at 2” you are typically fine not running them, at 2.5” you are on the cusp of whether they are needed or not, and at 3” you pretty much need them.

Please let me know if there is anything else that I can assist you with.

    Thank you so much.

one last question..... is the 1/4 spacer needed still to correct the lean?

Yes. Most aftermarket coils are not left/right side specific so you need this in order to help prevent the lean you see when switching from factory to aftermarket coils.

Please let me know if there is anything else that I can assist you with.

    Thank you so much.
