Please forgive me, but I not very savy at auto wiring, I need to add a USB port in the back of my Tacoma, can I just tie off of the existing cigarette lighter or the other port??
The second question is my clazzio seat covers will be in tomorrow they have heated seats. Can I find the on/off ignition wire and just splice into that and put a inline fuse and just run the seats off of that??

Yes you can do that. The USB should not pull more than 0.5 amps maximum ( 500 milliamps ).

In my opinion, as you say that you are not very savy at auto wiring I would invoke the assistance of someone that is savy. A seat heater could if wired incorrectly burn your truck to the ground...
