This morning when I tried to leave for work my truck was completely dead. After jumping it and driving for a while I realized that when my traction control kicked in the truck freaked out. Headlights went out, radio turned on and off, dash lights went out, and all the dummy lights on the dash came on. Any help in diagnosing/fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated!!

My first thought is if the battery is the original then it's five to six years old and could be on its way out. Strange things can happen when a battery gets too old. Also look for corrosion on the battery terminals and verify that the cables going to the battery terminals aren't loose.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Agreed. Take it to Advanced, Oreilly's, Autozone, etc and have them check the charging system. Then go from there

You guys were right. I got it fixed yesterday, but it ended up being the battery was bad. When I tested the battery while the truck was off, it read 12.4 volts. When I tested it running it read 14.3 volts. But when I tested it with the truck off, but the key in the on position, it only read 4.1 volts. After I changed the battery and took it out on a dirt road the traction control worked like it was supposed to and I haven't had any starting problems, lights flickering, etc. I'm just glad it ended up being a simple fix. I've never seen an electrical system act like that with a low battery. I've also never seen the battery test with the proper voltage when it was actually bad either. Thanks for the help!
