I was about to get the concept reel for my other rod. Just haven't gotten around to it.

I have both the A and the C, can't say a bad thing about the brand, I plan on 2 more with different ratios.

Ok cool, that just makes me want to buy it more now.

Oh! By the way. I know this guy that can get his hands on some nice reels. New and some slightly used. He has a bunch of concept reels. I'll get you some prices if you like

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
How does that braid hold up? I use fireline on my fresh water rigs. Is it comparable?

I haven't used fireline but the braid I use holds up really well. I like to tie on the 17# leader to the 30# braid so if I get hung up I can break the leader instead of cutting 30 yards of my braid off. I like to replace my line about every 2 years.

    Absolutely, I think I want 2 more of the C with a 6:1 ratio.

New but if the used price is that much better I guess I could be tempted.

Go to know. I usually end up loosing some fireline when I get hung up.

I think we will see bigger flounder this year than normal, at least around here. They never really ran last year because there was so much rain and the marsh stayed full of water so they stayed and fed. This is my theory anyway.
