I will give the warning that eBay's buyer protection is a joke. I once had someone give me a tracking number that did a boomerang back to the seller and eBay still said it was delivered. I'm not sure how or what happened but I never saw the item. A chargeback was my buyer protection as my bank thought it was pretty stupid.

The subject exited the vehicle armed with a handgun. Officers observed the subject get back into the vehicle at which time they began to approach the subject.

Officers gave loud and clear verbal commands, corroborated by witnesses, for the subject to drop the weapon.

In spite of these verbal commands, Mr. Scott exited the vehicle still armed with the handgun as officers continued to tell him to drop his weapon.

The subject posed an imminent deadly threat to the officers and Officer Brentley Vinson subsequently fired his weapon striking the subject.

The clown had a gun and was asked numerous times to drop it, when a cop says drop the gun, you drop the gun, anyone that doesn't is an idiot.

If you wanna believe that when the one officer was passing black surgical gloves to the other directly over that location where there is previously nothing on the ground and when he drops one it turns into a gun when it hits the ground , well good for you

Whether he had a gun or not is immaterial to that object being a surgical glove

Gun or not, he failed to comply with orders from law enforcement, and acted in a manner that the officer(s) deemed it necessary to use lethal force. It is very simple, if armed law enforcement tell you to do something that is a legal command, DO IT. If you feel that you are being targeted for a particular reason, DON'T BE A DUMBASS and provide them a reason to do something to protect themselves. Simply comply, and dot act in a manner that can be seen as a threat.
There is only one reason why this is even being talked about. If the colors were switched, there wouldn't even be a blip about it on anything other than that areas local news.
