Have OME 2885 coils with 5100's se at 0 and have the new strut in place but when I go to Jack the lower control arm up the shock won't compress? Why won't it compress? As in the truck is lifting

OME 881 coils with OME nitrochargers shocks up front. TC UCA's OME Dakars with extra leaf in the rear. Warn 8000 winch with 80ft custom braided synth line. Custom 60ft synth extension. All pro tube bumper, Hi-lift jack, Safari Snorkel, Wilco tiregate. 2019 Jeep JLUR.
Can you lower the weight of the truck down on the assembly instead of raising the strut assembly up?

Is sounds like the spring retainer is on upside down. Can you post a pic of it?

Arent you supposed to install the strut assembly in place first and leave the lower control arm last?
