Awesome! Ive been steadily going to the gym and I look a lot better, although the bellybstill hasn't gone away but I don't do a carb deficit like these other swoll gents here. Wife has definitely noticed and thanks to all the guys on here for their input.
I've been debating on starting a SC or IG account and added all these guys on here. I just wanna keep the momentum going and also use it for inspiration. My current gym buddy is slacking off hardcore so I'm skiing this myself, for myself.

Aaaahhhhhh kettle bell.....sorry. I need to learn y'alls lingo. PR, Tldr, kb etc.. Still feel new to this even though I've been doing it for a few months.

 

How long do you guys typically bulk and cut? I've been bulking for almost 4 months. I'm up 15lbs. I like the way I look and feel and I love the strength gains, but I'd like to lean down a bit. That said, I'd like to bulk again in the winter and cut before next summer. Is that realistic, or should I bulk another couple months and cut 6 months or so until summer?

sad to say I have been on a bulk for a little over 13 months lmao. I'll prob finally start cutting in Jan honestly, I just wanted more size from all the weight I lost june 2015 when I was in an arm cast for 2.5 months. Made some good gains over the past year and look alot more muscular but def need to shed a some gut weight.

 

However long you want honestly. I'm maintaining for 2, months bulking for 2, cutting for 4, then repeat until I hit my desired level of body fat/ weight. At least my plan. Paulo is forever lean, Derek is a wild card, and Zach, well Zach is a lost cause. He's forever bulk with a little cut on mon-Thursday.

 

Just walked in on a kid legit breaking it down in the mirror in the gym. Like, pretending he had a microphone and rapping and shit. He had no clue I was here. Was gonna get a video. He's got like a PS4 headset on for headphones.

 

Yeeessssss. I should have been like "hey, Parrapa the rappa, I need a spot."

 

My gains have disappeared with the hunting season. Had a few missed opportunitys due to overthinking the shot. Passed on a perfect bull this weekend because I was afraid I couldnt get it back up the mountain it would run down.

I am now drinking a mix of chocolate protein, milk and coffee while waiting for the temp to stabilize on some ribs I have on the smoker.

My XL tees make me look like a girl who borrowed her boyfriends shirt for pajamas . FML.

 

Weighed in at 189. Yep, lost some weight all right.

 

Tried to tan my quads this weekend at the beach bc color = gainz. Burnt the ish out of my baby white thighs

 

Been bulking for about 46 years now.


Sad thing is....I'm being completely honest.

 

Did the same yesterday pressure washing my deck, house, and driveway. Burnt the white right off my neck, arms, back, chest, and stomach. Not a damn lick on the legs. And I was wearing some of Derricks shorty short shorts.

 

I did this so bad about 5 years ago, my thighs were so burt, itchy, and pealed...never again lol

 

Took yesterday (Sunday) off from lifting due to a Saturday night out on the town that had me going to bed at around 5am plus it was 6 days in a row of heavy lifting so a day off isn't too bad now and then. Then I get called into assist with surgeries at 12:30am (Monday now) and it looks like I'll be working till 5pm today. 2 days off from lifting without sleep is killing my gainzzz.
