    Yes. You have to do SIVA Crisis strikes to get the blues to drop at a higher light level. It will be the blues that drop at the end that you don't have to decrypt that should drop higher than the items that you currently have. Still works for me and I'm sitting at almost 373. Legendaries will not decrypt past 365 no matter your level. Once you hit 365 legendary items are no good to level your character so you have to rely on exotics, blues that drop at the end of the strikes, faction packages, or the raid.

    Honestly the fastest way to level up is through farming exotics. As evidenced by the video a few pages back. I decrypted a item that was 6 light levels higher than what I was using. The only issue is the artifact and ghosts. You have to hope to get a ghost from faction packages and the only place I know to get a artifact is from the raid or leveling up Eris which is a bitch to do since you can only level her up by doing Court of Oryx and the random quest she drops during the Court (as far as I know since she doesn't give out quests anymore). I suppose you could go on a worespore hunt but Jesus that would take forever. I did a shit ton of Court of Oryx and got the exact same level artifact that I'm using now. I hate Eris

    Legendaries are still marks and worth running the public events. 3x public events and dismantling the legendaries is 54 marks and ad the daily for 69 marks for 20 minutes of work. I think bungie ran out of exotics...haven't had one drop after roughly 35 ToC's

    The only problem with public events is waiting around for one to pop. Don't get me wrong, it's a fast, easy way to get marks but I haven't found a reliable site that can accurately predict when they are going to come. I'm usually doing patrols long enough to get at least one per day so that's good enough for me. I'm not running short on marks though.

    I finally got some to drop today. I was like you yesterday. I only got 2 out of around 30 or so. I did pop a blue first thing today that turned into a 374 No Land Beyond that quickly got infused lol.

    We made it to the second boss and did fairly well against him considering the one team member that was 335. He actually held his own for a bit but couldn't do enough DPS on the boss. Considering we went in blind and we're figuring it out as we went. My hunter is getting a workout though. I'm the guy doing all the work as everyone is on add control. He does well with the bones and having to hop around everywhere

    You can still get up to 365 blues to drop from 320 strikes but you have to select them from the planetary map (go to earth map,select Devil's Lair, change difficulty to 320), they won't drop anything over 340 if you play them through the playlist.

    You can still get legendaries that drop above your level in the 320 strikes no matter what the level. You just have to have a skeleton key (which seems to drop pretty often in 320 strikes). I'm filling out the book and found out that you can "sometimes" get a blue that will drop higher than your lowest piece no matter what your level is. Quick easy way to level up and get your artifact since it drops pretty often out of the chests.
