    I thought I was strong until I went to (but didn't enter) a competition and saw guys weighing 198 who were pulling 500 as their openers. I would like to enter a competition one day, but where my numbers are right now, I would get laughed out of the building!

    Haha yeah I know the feeling. It's still a good time though. It's challenging. I think it is more fun if you can get a team in one because there's more strategy to it. I've only done 1 full meet. Crushed me for like 2 weeks.

    Yes sir. They have tests here all the time because almost all the gyms here use the three major programs. I'm still studying for nasm though as that's what I wanted the most.

    No because I'm not actively training anyone except Stacey and I'm not really training her. Just gave her some workouts to do and "suggested" some foods for her. Once I train the public yes I will have a liability rider

    Let me know how that process goes in getting that and what is required of you to get it. I called my insurance company and they don't even offer it but sent me to a third party group they work with and they wanted all kinds of business information before they could quote me. I backed off after that, got a little intimidating
