But now they added the location of where you caught your pokemans!

 

OMG I can know where I caught a pidgey if the damn thing wouldn't run away, if they pop up at all. I was cruising around my neighborhood at 10mph like I normally do and nothing would show up yesterday. Finally a Karp popped wayyy behind my circle.

 

But where's the pokemon

 

For real.

 

I have a Squirtle nest near me now which is great bc he is my buddy and I was 150km away from a Blastoise but the Charmander nest turned into a krabby nest and I never made it out to get my Charizard so now he will be my buddy with about 50 candies to go

 

Did they change the walking speed? Mine hasn't changed when I drive around at 10-15mph like it used to.

 

They did with the last update. It is really hard to get KM if you aren't actually walking. Last I looked you needed to be around 7-8mph. Mine is really slow to update my distance. If I am not moving in a straight line it doesn't always calculate my true distance since it refreshes every 3ish minutes (at least in my experience) so if I have circled back to my starting point already that distance isn't recognized. So I'll move in a straight line and wait until I see the yellow circle increase around my buddy and then change direction if I need to...

True...this first round is SoCal locals but if this gets enough interest, the plan is to make it open to all of TW (like the Secret Santa).

 

Spent my gym money on something that will help me level up better than incubators
