I do calves 2 to 3 times a week depending on how many leg days I do (minimum 2). Basically I do calves for 10ish min after leg day.

Seated calf raise (in a machine leg press)
Seated DB calf raise (holding DBs on your knees)
Standing DB calf raise (standing on the balls of your feet on a platform)

    Forearms :jerkoff:

I do calves every day due to walking campus. It gets worse when it gets cold too because I'm walking it in boots.

Did some chest and arms last night because overworking a freshly injured arm is the best thing to do ever. Followed my normal leg circuit but I threw in 10 body weight air squats in between each set. And let me tell you. After doing leg extensions you drop your ass to grass it will wake you up quicker than anything. That burn was intense.

That was followed by 20 minute cool down on the elliptical, followed by 50 Russian twists and 50 sit ups.

Today is my off day. Hopefully my tires show up and I'm taking the bike out on some gravel grinding later.

Well, Friday night puts a close on my archery season. Going balls to the wall and hunting as far in as I have to Thursday night and Friday. Hoping to get one, but a day in the woods isn't ever a loss.

Why do people like to try and spot for squat in a power rack? The dam rack has catches!! Was attempting 505 squat yesterday and when I hit ass to grass some jack wagon surprised me and was right up on me. Took me by surprise and actually scared me a little. Failed the lift mostly because of this. Guess where the weight ended up? On the catches. I just don't get what they think they are gonna do.

Lol. I hate when people do any kind of spotting without being asked. I've had dudes come up and get behind me on the bench when I had like 225 on there and I wanted to be like, "get dafuq outta here!"

I'm with @tacopaulo though...I think he just wanted to feel dem glutes

Also came across this in my search for the perfect ghey squatting pic:

When she asks for a spot in the squat rack:

The shirts are nice. Medium was a good call. Got a blue one and a black one. They feel heavier than my usual gym shirts.

That's not good or bad. Just an observation.

I'll do a mini photo shoot for you guys when I wear mine. All homo.

Surprise! Forgot to bring a shirt to work out in this evening! Good timing on the shirts coming in.

@tacopaulo did you get an epic pump before your photo shoot? And when can we expect to see you in Muscle and Fitness?
