Kind of old and don't know if it's considered industrial but I'm a fan of Rob Halford and John 5 really love this album!

first off, bravo for the 2wo recommendation @2000man

ok... since the OZ likey Ministry... Uncle Al's Newest Project....

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljgs9Bbe_wU

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLJYs_rOpbk

Uncle Al's other band RevCo with Jello Biafra (in this song at least)....

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoYwovd9ASA

And then sticking with the Jello theme... Jello and DOA....

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJMP0FEz51U

I will be the first to confess I'm not good with the whole labels of industrial, prog, desert, goth and all other forms of "rock" so if I post something that doesn't fit in the requested category, my apologies.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThfxYG3m_X4

and yeah, like Krazie suggested, gotta go with the KMFDM

I like the Demanufacture album from Fear Factory - I liked Ministry's cover of Lay Lady Lay back when I was in high school. That rocked out hard!

    Fear Factory. Yes.

Also Pig. I love me some Raymond Watts. Does a lot on later KMFDM tracks.

And yeah, I occasionally come up for air. ;)

Also youtube KMFDM vs Pig. They did one compilation album, and it's one of my favourites from the 90's. Just be warned, like 1 of the songs sound like a chicks being banged by a pig. Definitely not SFW.

    maybe @23Skidoo has some idears...?

all I can come up with is older bands that may or may not fall in the category of 'industrial metal'

for example, Front 242, probably just classifies as 'industrial' with 'electro' thrown in before or after or something

I was more into industrial/experimental... Throbbing Gristle, Einsturzende Neubauten, Skinny Puppy and Ministry which started off industrial dance.
I'll have to ponder it... seemed like some Japanese noise and German/Kraut rock bands that I used to listen to approached industrial metal.
