Ok..... it took the lightsaber bottom off. It has to much wobble even though it's screwed on tight. Plus it just doesn't really go with my interior theme. The stock on is back on now.

    But imagine it with me:

I think it looks bad ass. But I'm not jacking this handle off of my kukri blade (shown), so I'm going to have to figure something else out or maybe search Amazon

I have some experience with wiring. I've always done my own exterior lighting setups. When you decide what you want to do, let me know. If the time can be found I'll help you out.

I'm in Hermitage, and in nursing school, so my weekdays are completely full. Weekends are pretty free though.

I have some extra scales off a Ka-Bar BK15 I could give to you. They're smooth and black...I feel that would be something you might like.

Well there you go. I obviously didn't look at that, but when I ordered mine it was for 12-15 and 16s weren't out yet.

Those lights are slick. I vote those over adhesive strips.

And now I'm sitting on my couch, call in hand, blowing hail Mary's like a fool while my dog looks at me with total disgust.

thanks for the offer, but I've abandoned the idea for now. It just came about because the leather on my stock one is wearing out.

I've never seen those before. I like those way better than the strips. You have yours on a separate switch?

Yeah mine are on a flush mount push button switch in the bed, because the only time I need them on is when I am doing something in the bed.

Fuck it. I'm going to try it again. I like the concept of it and the different look. So wrapped a shit load of electrical tape around the nuts and stuck them into one of the many sockets i have and wrapped a shit load of electrical tape around that and crammed it in :anonymous: It's a lot stiffer now (that's what she said :ohsnap:) and I'm going to try it again. Here's a pic of what i did :anonymous:
