my main concern is off camber

upgrading to kings and uca's, move my wheels out a bit to widen my stance for SOG, and the rear I am unsure of what will really improve the weight transfer.

I plan to add a rear s/o, so I need to compensate for that as well.

Sorry dude. Adding 1" wider tracking width up front isn't gonna do shit to the fact you have 120lbs 4" about the roof. Long travel would a bit. But even then. Not as much as you'd hope.

Your truck feels tippy because of the tent. Either ditch the topper or ditch the tent. Those are too things that do not mix well.

Or limit your self to slow cornering speeds and no off camer trails.

Alcan will compensate for th ebumper easy.

I don't see the two world working together well. Not in a offroad sense. Simple roads sure. But not where I'm betting you want to go.

I would think running ORIs would help, since they won't unload on off-camber sections.

Any luck with the 1" MC? I'm either getting used to the lack of braking power or it's magically starting to work better.
Oh and I found out part of the problem is my left rear axle seal is leaking, so that drum is basically doing nothing :annoyed:

Using round tubing for outside or square. I'm going to build some sometime and was just thinking I would do all square. Not sure on what size to use though.

I'm doing round. Can totally do square though. @BossFoss did may have some photos to post of them.

    I'm using 2x2 .120 wall square and 1.75" .120 DOM tubing.

I just like the look of the round on the outside.

Going for clean and simple. No kickout

Are you going to angle them any? How important is that? Is it for like off camber situation?

I like those. What size tubing and how much angle?

Yea I like them on frankenstein. A lot. But this truck I don't think will see those kind of trails. And Id like to retain somewhat ease of access to the rear seats.

If something kicks up over the sliders then so be it.

Like the tubing up? I'm rotating the main tube 25°. Makes I so only the corner edge will slide across stuff...in theory.

And makes the outer tube a bit tighter and up closer to the body.

A lot of that is personal preference. kickout will help with off camber stuff if there are big rocks there. I like because I hope it saves the lower seam of the door get dinged. The lower door panel can get dinged. But if the seam gets hit hard, fuckin almost impossible to fix.

I don't remember at the moment, I built them a couple years ago so my memory is fuzzy. I will get some measurements this weekend when I'm home and let you know. All I did for angle was match the rocker panel curve there by the rear tire. For the angle coming up from the slider I just went out to the edge of my flares and high enough so the door could clear.
