Why not just do it yourself? We can set up a mod day at some point for it. Will your bumper require any welding or it is ready to bolt on? If it needs paint, get that done before mounting it. Do you have the heavy gauge wiring figured out for your winch? Are you going to do any in cab controls and if so, do you have your wiring and switches figured out for that?

I would offer to let you come to my house, but by the time I am back regularly, that is going to be a bad time to install in the driveway. I am about 2.5 hours north of Pullman, but have all the tools that should be needed for bolt on.

Living in the dorms, so i only have my hand tools i keep in the truck. I have the Trail Gear front bumper, it should bolt right in. The whole bumper is line-x'd already. i only have the wiring from the winch itself so far. Was just going to leave the winch controller under the hood until i get enough money to order the s-pod.

With some small gauge wires, a momentary 3 way switch and constant switch, you can put the controls in cab pretty easily. Momentary 3 way gives winch in and out, constant switch triggers solenoid to power winch. Doesn't take much to get a few wires from engine bay to cab under dash. If you can wait until spring, we can figure out time for you to come to my house and I can help you get it all done. It will probably be most of a day's work, and I should have all the tools needed including winch. Also, I am an electrician for a living so I usually have a few extra electrical things in my garage.

Hey, everyone! I will shortly have some coilovers and rear shocks up for sale as soon as I get them cleaned up. Just wanted to see if anyone in this part of the country may be interested (I am in Boise). I have King Remote Reservoir Coilovers with 700lb springs on them and a set of the King 2.5 rear remote reservoir shocks as well (for 1.5-2" of rear lift).

The suspension is in pretty good shape and was working well when I removed it, but everything probably needs a rebuild as there are about 30k miles on the setup. I am only selling because I replaced the Kings with Icon suspension. I will be letting these go for a good deal, but would like to do it as locally as possible.

    Let me know.

Possibly, depending on price and where I'm sitting financially at the time.

I will have them officially up for sale in the next week or so. I just want to get them cleaned up and inspect condition closer before determining the price. They are just taking up space at this point and need the money for a house so I will be unloading them for a great deal regardless.

That way you can pull 2 or 3 stuck jeeps out at a time... Smart thinking

Lol rough ride so I naturally went slower and got shit for doing so but went everywhere the jeeps did and when we got off trail I was asked why I didn't bring the taco. I replied when there's a trail that my stock tow rig can't do I'll bring the taco out to save you guys

So it turns out the search for a job & potential home is looking more like Boise and not CDA.
The Department of Fish and Wildlife has sparked my interest a lot lately... I'm wondering if anyone knows about the job opportunity with this field for a guy coming out of the Marine Corps that has a B.A. in Criminal Justice and will have my military experience as well, (obviously) I'd be wanting to go conservation officer route rather than biologist since I'm nowhere near qualified for that.
I'm wondering if people know anyone in the profession now, or have any pointers/advice for getting into the field.

    ALSO,

Besides various Police Departments I've been looking at (Boise, Nampa, Meridian) what other jobs are popular with the CJ degree, or in general?
I'm mostly looking to lock on a job around December of next year (EAS) but since I have time on this Okinawa deployment I figured I'd do the majority of my research now.

Any & all help is much appreciated---
    Thanks in advance! :hattip:

Too bad you didn't post this a couple days ago while I was at home over the weekend (work has me out of town). One of my neighbors is part of WDFW already. I'm planning on going home again the weekend before Halloween, and I'll try to talk to him then. Is Boise area where you want to be, or just where things seem to be pointing you?
