    I can verify this. I was there for work and our driver passed a semi that was passing a bus by driving in the breakdown lane of the wrong side of the road at almost 100 KPH. Luckily for us there were cars overtaking each other coming at us. We had cars passing us going the other way on or right (they are LHD over there).

    I couldn't imagine driving there myself. Double the posted limit was commonplace.
