Is this a manual? is it still for sale?

 

First gen (1995 - 2004) Prerunner Tacomas only came with automatic transmissions. If you want a 6 lug manual first gen Tacoma you have to get a 4x4.

Also this post is over a year old, I doubt it's still for sale. Clean looking truck though

No problem, welcome to TW...this is a great site with a lot of great info. You're on the right track by looking at first gens, they're the best Tacoma ever made If you're in SoCal, there's are tons of used ones (mostly Prerunners which are 2wd Tacomas on a 4x4 frame) for sale, they usually fetch top dollar though because the demand is so high.

I was dead set on getting a manual 4x4 and had to look for a few months to find the right one, but they always come around eventually.

 

Right on! This looks like a great community! I'm in Colorado, I'm willing to travel to buy what I want. Do any of the first gens have: 4-door, 4x4 and manual?

 

Unfortunately, they do not...all 4x4 and 2wd (double cabs) are automatics.

 

That's a bummer... Does such a truck exist? in any generation?

 

Yep, the 2nd and 3rd gens have manual double cabs in certain configurations.
