Not really an issue with the gearing for daily use but definitely noticed I was running way fast at Rausch. Also not so much the gearings fault but more the load of the 35's and me getting a little a head of myself with the skinny pedal at Rausch blew my spider gears in my front diff. Currently saving for an ARB front locker and 5.29's.

 

Im aaving for 4.88s now... truck gets 10-13mpg and it hates anything over 70... can't hold speed without some serious skinny pedal

 

Auto trans fail.

 

4 banger doesn't help either.

I've still had this truck up to 85-90 all the way up to Rausch. Can't really tell my MPG's accurately though since speedo is pretty off.

Sounds good! Any bearing problems? Did you have to cut the firewall as much as Mrbeggins did with his build?

 

10-13?! I get better than that as well

I think I'm going to go with 4.56 when the time comes

 

@cynicalrider I landed the same allpro bumper you have thanks to tw and craigslist's bad influence what leds did you use for your turn signal conversion?

Cool, I'll take them from you the weekend after this one. I'm thinking 33s so I'm sure this will cut it.

 

I just had a rear wheel bearing go out on me but I think that's more than likely due to having 200k on them. And the pics I posted the other day shows how much I cut, just about the same as Mrbeggins but we still didn't cut as much as some people did on here.

Mine's actually addicted offroad, not the all pro baja. And I used these:

Awesome, thank you bud. I am going to end up doing paint for the bumper and sliders. I went to 2 local shops around here and they want $400 to powder coat the bumper . it seems it has the powder coat from factory, they want more money to remove that and do the job.

 

Mines a 4 banger too and I'm pullin 17 in town and 18-20 highway mpg and except for some long/steep hills I can easily maintain atleast 70.

 

I thought those spacers were already spoken for...... ?

But if you go 285, you probably don't want or need a 1.25" anyway, I would recommend smaller, you will definitely rub on cab mount
