I am wanting to do a dual battery setup.
Have no clue when it comes to doing electrical stuff.
But I am already highly reliant on charging batteries and running my time laps photography gear through the truck.

I'm not in a great hurry, but if I do my Moab winter trip again, I will definitely want to move forward soon.

Eventually, I will have a winch and lights added to the Taco, so no way I'd be comfortable running everything off one battery.

    Thanks in advance.

Did one in my truck its easy and its powering winch/2000W inverter/lights and when the truck is off it auto disconnects from the main batter/alternator via 200A (500A Peak) Relay.

Only thing I can relocate to have the battery on the passenger side is my steering fluid reservoir for a small batter, If I can relocate my washer fluid reservoir, I can have a nice larger battery.

Not sure what it is. But if I remove it, I only have maybe a 6x6 inches of room.

Relocating the windshield reservoir and the power steering reservoir, I can almost put a full size battery in there. But will need some custom brackets.

That contraption is some dumb air pump, emission thing. Don't mess with it. When it goes out the dash lights up like a Christmas tree and the truck goes into limp mode.
