Selling my Passport 9500ix GPS enabled radar detector (red display). Including hardwiring kit with cable that goes to detector, and small-blade fuse-block tap. If you choose the right fuse to tap into you can have the detector start when you turn your car on, and turn off when you turn your car off; I went with the daytime running lights on previous car. Cable is long enough to run behind headliner along windshield for clean looking install.

Comes with retail box, manual, soft case, cigarette lighter power supply, double suction cup mount, hardwiring cable, and fuse tap...as well as the unit itself.

If you're searching for a radar detector of this caliber you probably don't need much of an explanation, and you know that this is a deal. 9500ix Red sells for $400 new on Amzn, without hardwiring parts.

Price is firm, and fair for radar detector in excellent condition. Adult owned by someone who cares about their belongings.

Milwaukee area, but willing to ship at cost. Estimate would be $10-$15 USPS priority with tracking. I'm going backpacking all next week, so hit me up before that or I'll reply when I return.

Hey, curious as to why you don't want to use it anymore?

I'm interested but not sure if I really need one yet since I only speed on my bike lol

I used to drive an '01 Saab 9-3 Viggen. It was easy to get fast with that; I just have a different driving style now :)

Man, that is a great deal. If I didn't already have one, I'd be all over this.

Do you still have this passport? Interested. I would not be hard wiring. Chuck

    Hey Chuck,

Still have the unit. Comes with the original power adapter too if you're not hardwiring.

Jack, Thanks for the quick response. Ya almost purchased one on eBay with the blue led...ya, I would not be hard wiring. Is the hard wire kit worth anything selling separate? I can offer $175.00 shipped and can pay via paypal. I know you said you were firm on the $200.00. Regards, Chuck

Jack, I think thats fair. A couple questions. Have you updated the data base as of late and do you know if the suction cups are good (not dried up so they won't hold on the windshield). I haven't used a passport for a while but now I'm driving more and thinking about a little extra protection. I'll wait for your response and will let you know tomorrow. Thanks, Chuck

Haven't updated the points, I think the unit came with a trial of the waypoint service which I didn't use, so would still be available?

Suction cups are in excellent/like new condition. No drying at all.
