Cbi off-road won't answer

    I ordered a 2nd gen Tacoma antenna bracket (thinking it was for the rear) and it's for the ditch mount.. they will not answer my emails (have sent 4) will not answer my calls (called 4 times) all I want to do is return it. Any ideas?

    I don't know anything about this company, but a week seems like a reasonable time frame to get back to a customer. Hopefully they'll get back to you in the next couple days. They have a Facebook and Instagram account - I'd hit them up there too - sometimes that gets the ball rolling faster with certain companies.

    I've heard nothing but good things about them and I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for the delay in getting back to you, I expect it will be resolved.

    Yeah I have heard nothing but good aswell, and was about to buy both front and rear cbi bumpers!

    try calling in the morning time... they get really busy in the afternoons in and out of the office... Plus they're always on the road at shows or excursions so just be patient and they'll make contact with you.

    I ordered a bed rack, estimated to ship oct 20. Emailed the 22nd asking if there was any update on shipping estimat. Asked again 6 days later. Still no response as of yet. They sure got my $ though.
