Hi guys, I am trying to put a pioneer touch screen in my 2011 tacoma with jbl and I have the Metra TYTO-01 jbl interface harness and I connected everything (I believe to be correct) but I don't get any sound from any of the front speakers, nothing from the tweeters or the speakers in the doors. But I get good sound from the rear speakers and also the sub (so that means the amp is getting signal which is the biggest problem with the jbl system I've read).

So I was wondering if there's anyone good with audio or has used this before that could help me? Anyone in the Chico/Santa Rosa/Sacramento/Redding area? I would be willing to drive to you. I currently live in Chico for college but can drive to anyone that is willing to help this weekend. Or even just posting info that'll help or point me in the right direction because I don't have much experience and anything would help! Thanks Taco World!

Is there a setting that disables the front speakers?
    What about the fade control?

So when I hook up the pioneer, it plays out of the front speakers for a couple seconds then goes away. And the fade control on the pioneer doesn't give me an option for front or rear, it only has a balance option for the rear right or rear left, which I think is only giving me those two options because something is messing up with the front speakers. I called an audio store and the guy told me it was because I left the fade to the rear on my factory head unit before I took it out but I retried it with everything set on 0 on the factory head unit on the audio control and it still only played out of the rear
