Okay one more question which direction do they go. There are pressed bushings on one side and the other side has no bushings with the positive and a arrow

Yeah I get about 15 on the freeway. I'm gonna get a new o2 sensor and maybe a new cat and see how that does. If that doesn't help I don't know what the hell im gonna do.

    hi.....
    question
hubby bought me a light bar ( i like the retro look better but cant complain)
anyway its curved and it came with brackets to mount to roof. i dont want to do that. ive looked and look for door mount brackets but everything says 96-02 and 05 and higher. is there something i am missing? was there just a bad door build on 04's or am i just going crazy?
i realize that 1st gens are really interchangable but every ebay oart ive found says either 98-02 or 05 and later.

[i found some, but theyre all made and sold by one guy who only has an 88 percent approval rate, which is low for how high his rep score was. plus he has a strict no return policy

There is alot of things that could contribute. You may want to consider replacing the front o2 sensor.

If you had a ultraguage you could diagnose it much better. You could look at the o2 sensor reading and your fuel trims.

the roof mount brackets are the ones that tuck into the door gap.

the ones that came with this light are for the roof. drilling into my roof. which is obviously a big negative.

    yea those are shit.

Get the relentless ones. They use screws that go into the door area. Still have to drill holes no matter what.

If you don't wanna drill holes, gonna have to sell the light bar.
