Aloha Nathan, I ordered a set of mirrors and they came in fast. Whats surprising is the installation was even faster. Think it took a total of under 5 mins per side after watching your video on youtube. Thanks again, just need time on getting used to but there are exactly what was expected. Mahalo, Rod

They are working perfectly fine. No more need of turning my head checking my blind spots. I recently purchased a camper and made a mistake of tinting the windows to dark. I'm used to driving with no view through the rear from my work trucks so these mirrors solved my problems. Besides I still use my mirrors and camera for reverse. Mahalo Nathan for your awesome product and service.

    Hello!
I found these sweet mirrors looking at the heated mirror kits from https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/heated-mirrors-kit-interest-update-thread-pic-heavy.377840/
and since I'm out on this heating limb I figure I might as well upgrade my glass too.

Its my understanding that I should be able to plug the heating kit into these mirrors w/film and slap the whole kit on at once. Splitting my payments between parties also helps justify costs to addicts...

Does anyone have experience with this? I've been trying to read through the entire other thread but it seems pretty straighforward.

The wiring kits @Up2NoGood makes are perfectly compatible with my EZView mirrors and defrost films. You're good to go!

Pretty sure the 3rd and 2nd gen mirrors are not the same. Any word on if these will be made for 3rd gen?

You're correct, the shapes are completely different. I should have something for the 3rd gen next year.

These mirrors are easily in my "top 3 favorite mods" for my truck. I uses them every time I drive it and they make such a huge difference.

I have to agree, these have been awesome. Aimed right and no blind spots now, just have to adjust to the different look when backing into spots. I may have to buy another set eventually though because one got scratched up a little bit.

    2016 Tacoma EZView Mirrors

I know this has been a slow process, and it's still ongoing, but I am making progress. I hope to have a sample for testing in the next two weeks. The 2016+ mirrors will have the following features.

    • EZView mirror profile - Outer curved blind spot eliminating section and lower tire/ground viewing section.
    • Defrost films
    • Partial backing plate - The backing plate will be adhered to the back of the glass, therefore there will not be a plastic lip around the perimeter of the glass.
    • LED BSM light adhered to the back of the glass in the OEM location
I'm shooting for a plug and play solution with this one. All the end user will have to do is pop out their old mirror assembly and pop in the new EZView assembly.

    How's that sound?

@VangaSTL these are the third generation of the mirror glass that I use. These things rock.

My mirrors came from factory with a heating element, is there any benefit to these other than the heating element?

Well, it wouldn't be very nice to offer a blind spot eliminating mirror and not included the factory options. Right?

I gotcha, so the main appeal is that it's a curved mirror to give you a wider POV
