Hi everyone. Getting married this Saturday and vacationing just north of Burlington, VT! As you can see I have some goodies lined up for a last minute build.

2016 TRDOR shocks, struts, and coils
    BORA 1.5" wheel spacers
Kumho Road Venture AT51 tires 265/70/17
    2016 Specialized Fatboy large
    2016 Specialized Helga small

Can anyone recommend trails or roads close by for novice wheeling and intermediate cycling?

    I live in Burlington VT
As far as mountain biking trails for free, check out this link.
My personal favorite is Saxon or Hinesburg.

As far as 4wheeling, there is definitely no play parks for offroading.
The best you can do is ClassIV roads or exploring the Green Mountain National Forest fire roads.
I would head to Belvidere Mtn about 20 miles outside of Burlington on RT 15 to 108 outside of Jeffersonville.

Congratulations to you and the soon to be

Good looks on the mtb trails and thanks! Honestly Belvidere Mtn road is what I had found with a bit of searching so far, a well traveled class IV road or fire trail is fine since I have no idea what I'm doing (when it comes to wheeling of course).

Boom, tirerack.com, ordered Monday night, arrived less than 48 hours later. Kumho Road Venture AT51 265/70/17 shipped for $628.56

I have never handled something more than a highway tire or winter tire, the tread on these seems great! Mostly want wet pavement and dirt/snow performance, not concerned with dry pavement as it's a truck and not concerned with ice performance as I have run studded tires before and these aren't that haha. Mounting them on Friday courtesy of @tarboxtoyota
