I just bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD 4x4 Long Bed. I am looking a purchasing a Retractable Tonneau Cover that locks, low profile, budget friendly (< $1500), doesn't leak, looks cool, easy to install, and taking out the housing is quick for extra space in the bed. There are so many options. Any advise or where to go to have a caparison of all of the different options?

Where do you live? I was asking the same thing and had decided on a Roll N Lock until my youngest pointed out to me the obvious. "Dad where you live it snows, then melts then snows for most of the winter - Dec - March. You will get ice build up in the rails, in the slats and the container. Then what?" He was right of course. So I am about to order a Bak Flip F1 cover. From my investigations this is the best choice for where I live. I get to retain my bed rails use for my D Rings as a bonus.

If you live south of the snow belt the Jackrabbit or Lock N Roll were going to be my choices.

    Take Care

Great tonneau indeed. Factor in cost and added weight and potential use. I'm very happy with my tri-fold. Light use, <$300 , light weight, not water tight, but very little water gets in
