    I WFH so it is a little different for me but I usually wake up and get a little office work done and then hit the gym mid morning and come back (usually shower) and then get some more work done...

    When I did work in the office they had a gym on site so I would go at lunch. They also had locker rooms with a shower so I would always shower before coming back to my desk. It was a nice break in the day. If they didn't have a shower it would've been impossible though to deal with being hot/sweaty/stanky the rest of the afternoon...

    Well, I calculated the cost of doing my own pre and it comes out at $78.84 for a year supply. If I do 4 workouts per week for 52 weeks, that's 208 days I'd need it, which comes out to $0.37 per serving.

    5 g beta alanine
    5 g creatine
    200 mg caffeine

    Might have to do this.

    Oh, and kool aid for flavor, obviously

    I spend less than that a year but I don't take pre every time I lift, maybe only half of the time. I am interested in making my own but also don't want giant tubs of caffeine and creatine sitting around my house/kitchen (which is packed with enough shit already). However, I do want to order one of those bags of caffeine powder off of ebay just because it looks so sketchy. Hopefully there will be sometime of mix up at the factory where they pack them and I will accidentally get sent a bag of meth or coke or something. As long as it's an upper, that's cool.

    I tried it and have really liked it so far. my only difference is adding a little citrulline malate and increasing caffeine to 300mg. I recently started mixing it with those propel waters. For the price, it's awesome haha.
