If you go to the bottom of the connecting trail that connects to the trail that ends at the bottom of a trail connecting to the end of the bottom trail will you find the trail that connects to the bottom of the end of the trail?

Huh, that might be the obstacle that the other person turned around at. The next intersection after the rocky obstacle is super mellow with a small clearing. Almost looks camp-able there. for pics!

Just to make sure we're on the same page, this is the trail we're talking about, right?

Espinosa Trail connects to Skye Valley Road and Corral Canyon Road, neither of which are difficult trails. The point where I turned around is the last difficult spot on Espinosa Trail. I'll post up video of Skye Valley when my computer is done editing the video.

Hitting the trails again on November 12th. Anyone interested in going to Big Bear? Perhaps somewhere else closer instead?

I was up on the Otay Truck Trail tonight and ran across a DCLB with Pelfreybilt Bumper and door decals and an RTT. Whoever you were, thanks for pulling over to let me pass and your truck looked incredible!

Shit, @eccracer104 and I would be in for it. But that's the same weekend as the rock n brews meet up in Huntington Beach. Gonna be a huge turn out, a "crowning" of the winner for the SoCal off road challenge

Idk if you have trails planned yet but will this trip be 2wd friendly? Both @YotaGurlIAm and I are lifted, 33s and locking rear diffs but 2wd.
Also if we meet there we should head up 38 and hit this trail
    image.jpg
It's a fun trail and takes us to skyline road which drops us off right at big bear mtn ski resort.

Most of the trails I've done in Big Bear are north of the lake, so I wouldn't mind seeing what it's like south of it more this trip. I normally keep the dashcam running at all times, but due to some file mismanagement I only have video of Jacoby Canyon. I guess we have some time to make a decision. Now that you mention it, it's probably wise for everyone to post up what truck they have.

Sorry for the delay on the images, here is the bottom. I believe it might be easier to go down then to go up. So that might be a bit of my hesitation as well the lack of protection. I spent some time really scoping out my line and I think I got it now actually.

Anyone know of their preference on the trail? Up or Down?

Also it looks so much smaller in pictures lol really does not do it justice.

Here are some photos from last monday, there were some storm clouds rolling around. It was pretty rad been stuck in the clouds at some point unable to see and watching the firetower appear and disapear through them. I suggest everyone try and get up there next time that is happening.
